These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and programs provided by Marjo Cloud ('Marjo Cloud', 'Marjo', 'Марджо Клауд', '麻薯云', 'مارجو ابر', 'we', or 'our') (collectively referred to as 'Services'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future revisions, updates, or modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.
In these Terms, 'we' and 'our' refer to Marjo Cloud, while 'you' and 'your' refer to the individual or entity using our Services. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and any individual or entity accessing or using our Services in any capacity.
Before using our Services, please carefully read these Terms, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as limitations of our liability.
Our No-Logs Policy is one of the most important features of our Services. This means that when you use our Services, your activities are not recorded, retained, or transmitted to any third party in any manner. We do not collect any information regarding your online activities (such as your IP address, browsing history, session data, bandwidth usage, connection timestamps, network traffic, or any other similar data). We are able to uphold this policy because the jurisdiction in which we operate does not require data storage or reporting.
Furthermore, we only process a minimal amount of user data collected from you or provided by you in order to deliver our services. To prevent abuse of the Services, our servers may store your user ID and/or IP address along with connection timestamps; however, this information will be automatically deleted within 30 days after your session ends.
You can subscribe to our Services on a subscription basis. When subscribing to our Services, you can choose your preferred payment method. Only some of our Services are available for free.
You can choose to renew the Marjo Cloud service either before it ends or after it has ended, or switch the renewal to a different service.
To ensure the stability of your subscription, we recommend that you renew in advance before the current subscription period ends. Failed renewals may result in a disruption of the subscription.
All purchases of services within Marjo Cloud are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued, except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or failure to use the services. However, in certain cases, we may issue credit balances for use within Marjo Cloud services. If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the services, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but this does not constitute a refund. Please ensure that the service meets your needs before making a purchase.
Marjo Cloud is not intended for users under the age of 18. Such users are expressly prohibited from submitting any personal information to us and from using portions of the website and services that require registration. Any information submitted by such users will not be collected or retained by us.
However, in certain cases, we may not immediately be aware that a user is under 18. In such cases, if we discover that a user is a minor, we will take appropriate measures to restrict access to the relevant services and delete any personal information. By using our website and services, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Users who do not meet these age requirements are obligated to immediately cease using the website and services.
Furthermore, users agree to indemnify and hold Marjo Cloud harmless for any damages, liabilities, or costs arising from their failure to comply with these age restrictions. If we determine that a user is under 18 and in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to take any necessary actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the account. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with these age-related provisions.
By using our services, you must not:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose, such as transmitting any illegal material that constitutes a criminal offense under local, state, national, or international laws and regulations;
- Use our services for DDoS, botnet, mass mailing, phishing, network scanning, web crawling, data scraping, unlawful information gathering, or any similar activities that may negatively impact our services and network;
- Transmit any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, or otherwise objectionable content as determined by the court;
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, belittle, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, or disability;
- Submit false or misleading information; present the services in any way provided by a third party, access the services in bulk, scrape, redistribute, resell, or provide the services to any third party in any manner;
- Unless explicitly authorized by these Terms of Service or Marjo Cloud, you may not transfer or use the services, copy, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or alter any part of the services. You may not use any part of the services in any manner that competes with Marjo Cloud, as solely determined by Marjo Cloud;
- Send spam or other repetitive or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; send or store materials containing software viruses, worms, Trojans, or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts, agents, or programs;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services;
- Attempt to access the services or their related systems or networks without authorization;
- Make false statements or act on behalf of others;
- Alter the source attribution in emails or posts;
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose;
- Use our services to conceal your identity for illegal or malicious purposes;
- Distribute copyrighted materials through our services;
- Engage in any actions that may overload the Marjo Cloud infrastructure;
- Use any third-party software to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the services;
- Download or transmit any content that defames, slanders, discriminates against, or otherwise harms any individual or entity; or use our services to display pop-up advertisements.
- Take advantage of, or attempt to take advantage of, our refund policy;
- Otherwise infringe, abuse, or circumvent these Terms;
- You must always comply with all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations related to your use of the services, including those concerning data privacy, international communications, and the transfer of technical or personal data.
Marjo Cloud is committed to ensuring that our services are as secure and user-friendly as possible. Therefore, the use of Marjo Cloud services in violation of applicable laws, including the infringement of copyrights or other third-party rights, is strictly prohibited. This means you may not upload, store, share, access, and/or otherwise use content that is illegal by itself or deemed illegal due to its association with illegal activities ('Illegal Content') on or through our services. However, please note that, without explicit notification from users, we may not be able to detect potential violations of these Terms, as we do not monitor user-generated content transmitted and/or received through our platform. We rely on you to help us maintain a safe environment for all users.
